Your request must be accompanied by a payment of 25% of the total of the stay
(deposit) + 10.00 € (reservation charges).

All bookings must be confirmed by the Management. If not, your full depositwill be returned
to you. I the undersigner declare to acquainted with the generalhire condition described at the
back and declare to comply to them completly.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 Article I. - This reservation is stricly personal, and cannot be passed to an other person. This contract should be returned duly signed and accompagnied with the above mentionned deposit. This deposit
will be deduce of the total of the stay, except the reservation charges.
Article II. - The contract must be presented to us on your arrival.
Article III. - The reservation is final subject to our agreement and after we receved 25% of the total of your stay + 10.00 € booking fees.
Article IV. - The balance should be settled at your arrival for the date mentionned on the booking
contract. No reduction in case of the late arrival or early departure. You have to pay for the total stay, except for exceptionnal reason (illness, accident, decease, loss of job). With a supporting document .
Article V. - The camping site will be granted to you in accordance with our overall site planning, the available site corresponding to your arrival and departure dates and wishes.
Article VI. - The site will available as from 2pm the day of your arrival and must be free by 12 noon
on the day of your departure. The stay is considered from 12 noon the follwing day.
Article VII. - In the case of cancellation less 30 days before your arrival, your deposit including booking costs and deposit will not be returned. If cancellation takes place more than 30 days before your arrival, only the site deposit will be returned. If you do not arrive on the scheduled date and do not advice of
your delay in arrival, your site will be attributed to somebody else and your deposit will not be returned.
